History

Rodelta’s history hails back to 1946 when the firm was founded under the name of Pompenfabriek Delta N.V. In 1971, the company was acquired by Sulzer Pumps. Then, in 1997, it was taken over again, with the name VDA Pumps adorning the unit at Hengelo thereafter. In 2007, the business was given its current name, Rodelta Pumps International BV. The one thing that has not changed in all those years, however, is our focus on the uncontested quality and durability of our pumps. By way of illustration, Rodelta pumps with a lifetime of more than 25 years are no exception. On the contrary. And that is precisely what we mean by the ‘power of proven technology’.
